About Me

I would like to describe myself as a confident, optimistic, friendly and a self motivated individual who did believes every problem has a solution. I am doing M. Sc in “High Integrity System” at the Frankfurt University of Applied Science.I am also doing part time job as a Network & System Administrator at the Global Technology Coverage, Germany. I live in now Frankfurt am Main, Germany.My skills include knowledge of programming, networking and good communication skills. I'm certified CSE, CCNA, MCTS, RHCE , DCA, Advanced HTML5 Training. I have completed my bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering (English Medium) from Bangladesh. I have a 5 years experienced in the IT Firm and Education Sectors as a "Network & System Administrator" at the Global Tech Coverage, Germany",“Computer Instructor" at the "University of Dhaka” & “System Engineer at the Zetta Byte Technology”. I have sound knowledge of Administration of Windows Operating systems (MS Windows XP, MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7,MS Windows 8),MS Exchange 2010/2013, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Microsoft Active Directory (user and device management, group policies, security permissions, domain management, DHCP, DNS, etc), printer, network, VPN, Backup and WSUS, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp, Client Management / Software Distribution products, (Ms Office 2013/2012/2010/2007/2003), Lotus Notes, Administration of Linux / Unix operating systems (RedHat, Centos, SuSE) , Networking, Hardware installation, Software installation, Hardware Troubleshooting, IT Help Desk Support, VMware.
